Through the program, Isomo identifies, selects, and prepares top-performing, Rwandan professionals, guiding them through the process of securing international scholarships that align with the country's vision and goals.

FAQ
You are eligible for admission if you are a Rwandan or Refugee living in Rwanda with a desire to pursue a Masters’ or Doctorate studies program and come back to Rwanda after graduation to champion the advancements across key sectors.
We are seeking a selective pool of top candidates with demonstrated success in their field. Candidates should have:
- Completed their Bachelors’ studies
- Have official transcripts and (3) references
- Work experience preferred
- Copy of University Diploma
- Copy of university transcripts (from the first to last year)
- Names of References
- CV/Resume
The program seeks to support up to 450 Rwandans to compete for global education opportunities in the next 5 years.
We encourage anyone between 21-35 years old to apply. Our team will work to ensure that we place individuals in the right programs given a holistic understanding of that applicant’s aptitudes and merits.
The program will serve an extensive array of disciplines and fields of study, with special focus to those most needed for the country’s economic transformation. These vary depending on available opportunities, and the program implementor will work closely with the Government of Rwanda to align.
The program follows a present reality regarding a number of available opportunities in education that are under-utilized, particularly those obtained through bilateral agreements that are not fully realized. It seeks to maximize these opportunities by helping Rwanda’s top talent compete for and secure available scholarships to top universities around the world.
