This month, 18 LeFrak-Friedberg Africa Scholars participated in an exciting retreat in Musanze, where they had the opportunity to meet with Francine LeFrak, Dale Dawson, and special guest, Ambassador Claver Gatete, Executive Secretary, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Scholars also toured Virunga Mountain Spirits, a world-class craft distillery that expresses and elevates the spirit of Rwanda, through their premium craft potato vodka, Kari Vodka.
