This August, Isomo Scholars had the incredible opportunity to learn from private equity pioneer Blair Richardson, Founder and CEO of Bow River Capital, during his lecture, “Life Lessons in Compounding.” Blair shared lessons from an extraordinary journey—from his humble roots in Saskatoon, Canada, to Goldman Sachs, leading Morgan Stanley Asia, and ultimately founding Bow River Capital, a $7.5 billion private equity firm.
His message went beyond business success, speaking about the power of saving, consistency, and compounding—and challenging each scholar to invest in their education and pursue their dreams. He generously gifted $500 to each of the 80 Scholars to help them begin their journey.
