Isomo Hosts School Leaders Forum for 40 Teachers and Administrators Through Teachers Fellowship

In May 2026, Isomo hosted a School Leaders Forum, officially launching its first School Leaders Professional Learning Community and bringing together 40 leaders from partner schools across Rwanda. The forum was built on a simple but important conviction: lasting student growth depends not only on effective classroom instruction, but also on the vision, culture, and leadership that shape the entire school environment.

Over two days, participants connected with peers, reflected on their leadership journeys, and engaged in honest conversations about the opportunities and challenges they face in leading schools. Rather than serving as a one-time training, the forum marked the beginning of an ongoing learning community designed to support school leaders as they grow in their roles.

Through the Professional Learning Community, school leaders will explore practical habits and approaches that strengthen trust, improve follow-through, support teachers, and create more effective learning environments for students. By investing in students, teachers, and school leaders together, Isomo Circles is helping build stronger schools and a more connected education ecosystem around every learner.
