Isomo welcomed 69 school leaders and teachers from all 40 Isomo Circles partner schools for its first School Leaders and Circles Teachers’ Retreat. The three-day gathering allowed participants to experience Isomo’s approach to teaching, observe classes at Isomo Academy, and explore opportunities for deeper collaboration between Isomo and other partner schools. Educators were encouraged to reflect on what makes learning meaningful and how schools can nurture students who are curious, kind, and engaged leaders.
Through the Professional Learning Community, school leaders will explore practical habits and approaches that strengthen trust, improve follow-through, support teachers, and create more effective learning environments for students. By investing in students, teachers, and school leaders together, Isomo Circles is helping build stronger schools and a more connected education ecosystem around every learner.
