With more than 2,600 applications submitted and nearly 200 interviews conducted, we are thrilled to announce the selection of our newest cohort of 55 Isomo Graduate Scholars.
Representing 15 districts across Rwanda, these exceptional young professionals plan to pursue graduate studies in Agriculture, Climate & Environment (27%); Technology, AI & Data (27%); Health & Life Sciences (16%); Business, Policy & Economics (15%); Engineering, Energy & Built Systems (9%); and Education & Social Sciences (5%).
In partnership with Rwanda’s Ministry of Education and the Mastercard Foundation, Isomo Graduate Scholars will support up to 450 high-potential young leaders over the next seven years in accessing world-class Master’s and PhD programs — strengthening Rwanda’s pipeline of globally trained talent.
We look forward to beginning orientation and hosting an opening reception to welcome Scholars this month.
